Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every purchase from Tiny Dreamers Essentials. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: oral hygiene products, sippy cups, and bottle accessories.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mackay.dylan1771@outlook.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
